2010 The Year of re-Building!
Watching and re-watching Amazing Grace over the last few weeks I discovered something that awakened my spirit in a new way. We know that God used a man named William Wilberforce to be His instrument in abolishing the slave trade; he was also instrumental in serving the Lord in numerous other ways, including the establishing of the British & Foreign Bible Society. His friend William Pitt who suggested that he could both serve God and work to abolish the slave trade, rather than just seclude himself in religious duty. I have maintained for some time now that a Kingdom mind does not separate ’spiritual’ from ‘the natural’ as does the religious mind, but rather sees that the spiritual is to be entwined with the natural, thereby making what we call ’supernatural’. However this is what grabbed my attention, a message seemingly lost, due to the powerful theme of the movie, the power of the destruction of the slave trade. The message I refer to is the age of Wilberforce and Pitt. A simple search led me to see that William Pitt was elected to Parliament at 20 and became the Prime Minister of England at the age of 24.
Yes! It’s Time To re-Build
Let me ask you, where are these passionate young people today, the Sons of Issachar? Youth that not only have a passion for more, not only in the spirit realm, that is demonstrated in an openness to be used of the Holy Spirit to change nations, but have a depth of intellect that alongside a solid biblical worldview, will have answers for the nation. Youth that see no limits to their ability to change their nation.
It is a sad indictment on our Western society and in particular the U.S.A, a nation that was developed by Christian minds, has not only become ineffective by rejecting The Faith, that was the sole reason it became a great nation, but at the same time has an education system that has been over generations been dumbing down its people, and especially its youth. We have a political system that is raising itself up as the savior of its people, by redistributing the wealth of its people.
While it is true we have seen great inventions, we have very few great thinkers, thinkers, of the caliber of Wilberforce and Pitt, and many others in the 17 & 1800’s, who changed nations, who wrote incredible works that are still used today.
It is even sadder to see this disease so rampant in the church that God’s people have little solid biblical knowledge, for they are only about ‘feeling’ good, either by looking for another sign or miracle, in our Pentecostal/Charismatic churches, or ‘feeling’ good in evangelical churches that not only refuse to confront lifestyles that are filled with the world standards, and think at best that discipleship is a program, of a few hours of teaching, or a worst refuse to disciple and raise Son’s in the house.
Today we see the sad result, it is a world where the church has proved it has no ability, to be the agent of change that our Lord established it to be. It is powerless to influence the political realm, and we are moving further and further as a nation into slavery. We lock ourselves into church and think, praise God I’m saved, and I’m going to heaven. We were not saved to go to heaven, we are saved to grow up and become sons so we can enter the Kingdom. We are saved to manifest heaven on earth.
God created a Kingdom on earth Genesis 1 & 2, man’s fall, did not alter God’s original intent, rather God had already placed the strategy to bring back God’s original intent, Christ Jesus the Lamb slain before the foundation of the earth. He sacrifice redeemed us to bring us back to the Garden.
Yet in spit of all this, there is a remnant who have had enough of the status quo, who refuse to settle for mediocrity, refuse to see the church and even their nation continue on the disastrous downward spiral that even a child can see
In this New Year, a new opportunity 2010, I am asking you to commit yourself to be an agent of change, to no longer accept the status quo. Rather let this, be a year while in the midst of brokenness in our families, our economics, businesses, churches, ministries, and governments, a time in which we will work to equip ourselves so as to be the re-builders of and for the future (Isaiah 58:12-14). It will not be easy, in fact doing it alone will be impossible, but together obedient to the Holy Spirit we will make a difference.
Our first task is to understand we are the Kingdom of the Lord, for He hath made us a kingdom and priests unto our God (Revelation 1:6 & 5:10). So we must get a solid foundation of Kingdom Theology in our minds, and our part in it. We must pursue to increase our God given intellect, whilst at the same time building our relationship with Him, not forsaking one for the other but increasing both together.
My mission as an apostolic/ambassador of the Kingdom is to serve as an equipper for the task of re-building the future.
I am steadfast in this Holy Spirit given conviction, that 2010 is the first year of a decade of re-building.

AMEN, and AMEN!
We are the sons of God, and we need spiritual fathers who can raise up sons to be the fathers of the next generation. Standing with you in this!

God is raising up builders in 2010. Being in Haiti during the time of the Earthquake, where the building lifted up three times in the Air and I was saved by the Grace of God; I am here to say after seeing all the rubble that resulted from the quake, God is going to rebuild a people natrually and spiritrualy. When Nehemiah saw the city of Jerusalem in ruins he went to the King to ask permission to re-build. It is time to ask the King of Kings for ability to rebuild his House. Where-ever the destroyer has come in to steal our faith, let us Arise and Build. We need the Apostolic leader
in you in the body!
